Krubo

Krubo was just 16 years old when she went into labor. This Liberian teen was alone in the bush and had to deliver the baby by herself. The labor lasted for three days. The baby was born dead, and Krubo had developed a fistula that caused her to constantly leak urine. Everything changed for her. She said, “My friends did not come around. I wanted to kill myself.”

Krubo’s now 20. Her life was changed by a successful free corrective surgery onboard a Mercy Ship. She was ecstatic — and dry. She said, “I tell God thank You today because I’m sitting here. I’m not wet … I tell God thank you.”

Now you go, bring new life to others by showing mercy to someone today.
